Official Middlesex County records come from the Connecticut agency that created or maintains them, not from this private site. Court files are handled at the Middlesex Judicial District courthouse in Middletown, statewide criminal-history reports come from DESPP/SPBI, and town police or State Police retain their own incident and arrest reports. The contacts below route each type of request to the proper public office.

The main local court counter is the Middlesex Judicial District clerk's office at 1 Court Street in Middletown. SPBI is a separate state office at 1111 Country Club Road, and non-fingerprint criminal-history requests are handled through its published request process rather than courthouse staff.
